I’m Kristy-lee. Woman, mother, intuitive guide, soul-led coach, and founder of Joyfully Empowered.

I also happen to be the CEO, CFO, admin queen, proud dog mama, chicken whisperer, and full-time holder of space for deep transformation.

Like many women, I’ve worn more hats than I can count—and through them all, I’ve come to understand this one deep truth:

My path to becoming a coach, healer, Soul Realignment® and NLP practitioner wasn’t linear or picture-perfect. It was raw, messy, and deeply human.

There was a time when life felt heavy, confusing, and completely out of alignment. I was disconnected from my truth—just surviving, not thriving.

But in that darkness, something powerful stirred. I found my way back to myself—my voice, my light, my purpose.

And from that space, Joyfully Empowered
was born—a sacred space for women like you who are ready to rise, reclaim their truth, and live fully from the heart.
